Entry ordering that the April 7, 2000 joint motion of ACSI and SBC Telecom to bifurcate 99-1451 is granted; according- ly, 99-1451 is amended so as to reflect an application by ACSI for authority to provide local exchange service in the Hudson/Twinsburg and Delaware, Ohio markets only; Case No. 00-771-TP-ACE reflecting an application by SBC Telecom for authority to provide local exchange service in the Cincin- nati and Lebanon/Mason Ohio markets is herreby initiated as a result of a grant of the motion for bifurcation; that those pleadings related to intervention that have already been filed in 99-1451 will be considered as if they had been filed in both 99-1451 and 00-771; however, to the extent any person wishes to seek intervention in 00-771 on some grounds other than that upon which they have already sought inter- vention in 99-1451, they must do so in a separate pleading to be filed by May 19, 2000; SBC Telecom must file its memo- randum contra to such pleading, if any, by June 5, 2000 and any reply to such memorandum contra shall be due by June 12, 2000; that approval of the application in 00-771 is hereby suspended until the Commission specifically orders other- wise.
