Opinion and order approving the proposed transfer of ownership, the transfer of customers from Alltel Communications, Inc. to Alltel Holding Corporate Services, Inc. is approved: granting the motion for protective order once the applicants file the protected document in the public record. Such protective treatment shall not extend beyond a period of 18 months from the date of this opinion and order; that applicants comply with the terms and directives of this opinion and order; that within three days of executing the transfer of ownership, the applicants shall formally notify the Commission of closure by filing a statement in this docket; that any asset transfer, name change of an Ohio public utility, or the cancellation/reissuance of certificates resulting from this transaction must be formally approved by the Commission prior to implementation. |
