Supplemental Finding & Order that the Commission order dated March 2, 2000, is hereby amended and modified to include the Pennsylvania Economic Development Funding Authority, as one of the agencies with whom applicants may enter into arrangements to issue pollution control bonds on their behalf; that, in all other respects, Commission order dated March 2, 2000, shall remain in full force and effect. |
