Revised tariff pages of the Ameritech Operating Companies Access Service Tariff, F.C.C. No. 2, revision reduces certain Access Service Standard Intervals and provides specific intervals for some formerly negitiated intervals for Special Access Services, filed by J. Baranek on behalf of Ohio Bell Telephone Company. Entry ordering that the Ohio Telecommunications Administra- tion Board is required, consistent with Finding 7, to sub- mit to the Commission, by April 22, 1995, its recommendation concerning an independent audit of the local exchange company Reserve Fund and the final disbursement to the large or primary carrier local exchange companies the revenues currently held in the local exchange company Reserve Fund; that the Ohio Telecommunications Administra- tive Board, consistent with Finding 8, is required to sub- mit to the Commission its recommendation by April 22, 1995, concerning an independent audit of the small local exchange company Hardship Fund, and its recommendation concerning the transfer of administrative responsibility for the Hard- ship Fund.
