Entry ordering that IEU's and OEG's motion for intervention is granted, all motions to intervene in this case, as well as any notices of any issues regarding the current financial review, must be filed by December 10, 2007, all future TCRR annual filings by AEP, prospective interveners will have 14 calendar days to file motions to intervene and 30 calendar days to file comments.
