Entry ordering that CSX, Indiana & Ohio, NOWR, and Norfolk Southern submit to the Commission site plans and cost estimates mates for the projects within 90 days of this entry; that CSX, Indiana & Ohio, NOWR, and Norfolk Southern proceed with construction of the projects, with construction to be completed by July 20, 2001; that CSX, Indiana & Ohio, NOWR, and Norfolk Southern notify the Commission's railroad section upon completion of each project, at which times Commission staff will make its final inspection.
