(AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property (except dry bulk commodities) from and to Tiverton, Crawford, New Castle, Jefferson, White Eyes, Adams, Oxford, Lafayette, Linton, Franklin, Virginia, Washington, Pike, Bedford and Perry Townships, Coshocton County, Ohio. RESTRICTED AGAINST; 1. Service from and to points in the Coshocton, Ohio Commercial Zone existing June 1, 1987; 2. The trans- portation of petroleum and petroleum products, liquified fertilizer solutions; and liquified petroleum gases. 3. The transportation of property requiring low, heavy-duty trailers; 4. The transportation of property from and to points within an eight (8) mile radius of Sugarcreek, Ohio. 5. Providing regular route service at points and places (in New Castle and Jefferson Townships, Coshocton County) located on and/or directly accessible from S.R. 205 and U.S. 36, except where origin or destination is otherwise authorized. |
