Finding and order, ordering that Brainard Gas Corporation is authorized to enter into a $270,000 long term loan agreement and a $75,000 line of credit agreement with FirstMerit Bank, N.A., pursuant to the terms and conditions as set forth in the application and exhibits, ordering that the proceeds of the Securities are to be used for the purposes set forth in this order, that applicant shall file with this Commission the executed copy of the long term loan agreement and the line of credit agreement, as promptly as possible, that the applicant shall account for the Securities as prescribed in the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Uniform System of Accounts as currently in effect. |
