Finding and order that, new rules 4901:2-15-01 through 4901:215--03 be filed on Sept.12, 2007, as emergency rules with the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review, the Secretary of State and the Legislative Service Commission in accordance with Section 111.15, Revised Code; that the rules are effective immediately and that comments on the proposed new rules be filed by September 21, 2007. |
