RESTRICTES AGAINST (1) the transportation of shipments from and to Circleville, Ohio, as its boundaries exist May 20, 1991, except otherwise authorized; and (2) the transportation of oil and gas well supplies and equipment; cash letters audit and accounting media, commercial papers and banking documents; household goods as defined by the Commission; and manufactured housing units. |
