(SECOND AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to points in Clark County, Ohio. RESTRICTED AGAINST THE TRANSPORTATION: 1). Of petroleum and petroleum products; liquid fertilizer solutions; liquefied petroleum gas; commodities requiring vehicles equipped with mechancial refrigeration; and dry bulk commodities in dump, tank and hopper vehicles. 2). Of packages, parcels, or articles weighing 75 pounds or less. 3). Of currency, coins, checks, securities and other valuables (except cash letters) in armored vehicles. 4). From or to South Charleston and points within a three mile radius thereof; Springfield and its commercial zone as it existed on October 19, 1987; and Mad River and Madison Townships (except where otherwise authorized). 5). From and to points and places on or bordering immmediately upon State Route 4; State Route 235 between its intersection with State Route 41 and the Clark/ Montgomery County line, including New Carlisle; State Route 41 between its intersection with State Route 235 and Spring- field, including North Hampton and Lawrenceville; and U.S. Route 40 between its intersection with State Route 235 and the Clark/Madison County line, including Donnelsville and South Vienna, except where otherwise authorized. 6) House- hold foods, office furniture and fixtures; commodities in bulk; and property requiring transportation in low, heavy- duty trailers.
