Finding and order granting OCC's motion to intervene and approving Duke's proposed bill formats as filed February 4, 2008. It is further ordered that Duke comply with the provisions of finding (11) to comply with the amended rules effective on February 11, 2008 to include contact language for the OCC, Duke should amend it bill format to include that revised language and shall file the amended format in this case docket. Such amended format will be reviewed by the Commission and will be automatically approved as of the eleventh day after filing, if not previously suspended. |
