Opinion & Order that the Commission staff submit Plan 4 to the NANPA for approval; that, upon NANPA approval, all NXX code holders presently serving the "330" NPA should pursue Plan 4; that all telephone companies in the "330" NPA im- plement mandatory 10-digit intraNPA and interNPA local call dialing in accordance with the time frames stated in this order; that all code holders in the state of Ohio and staff convene as directed by this order; that by December 1, 1999, staff file the requisite recommendation with respect to man- datory 10-digit dialing in area codes other than "330"; that the Commission staff docket evidence of final NANPA approval of Plan 4; that all code holders work with the Commission's Consumer Education staff as directed by this order; that each "330" code holder submit its consumer education plan in accordance with this order; that directory service data- bases and directories are updated in accordance with this order.
