(AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property, except commodities in bulk, household goods, office furniture and fixtures and property requiring transportation in low, heavy-duty trailers from and to points in Williams County. RESTRICTED AGAINST: (1) Service from and to Bryan, Ohio, as its boundaries existed on November 1, 1987, except whrer otherwise authorized herein. (2) Service from and to points in the Montpelier Commercial Zone as its boundaries existed on November 1, 1987, except where otherwise authorized herein. (3) Service from and to points in Brady, Jefferson, Madison and Millcreek Townships, except where otherwise authorized herein. (4) Transportation of new furniture, furniture parts, furniture stock, equipment, materials and supplies used in the manufacture and dis- tribution of furniture from and to Stryker, Ohio, except where otherwise authorized herein. (5) Service from and to points and places on, or bordering immediately upon, State Route 2 between Stryker and the Fulton/Williams County line; U.S. Route 127 between the Defiance/Williams County line and the intersection of U.S. Route 127 and U.S. Alternate Route 20, and U.S. Alternate Route 20 between the intersection of U.S. Route 127 and U.S. Alternate Route 20 and the intersection of U.S. Alternate Route 20 and the Fulton/Williams County line, except where otherwise authorized herein. |
