Supplemental Finding & Order closing Case No. 96-1449-TP- PEX of record; that two-way, flat-rate EAS be instituted between the Shiloh and Shelby exchanges of Sprint as soon as practicable but no later than 12 months from the date of this order; that Sprint establish an in-service date within four months of the date of this order, inform the Commis- sion of the date, and advise the Commission not later than 60 days prior to the in-service date in the event the date cannot be met; that Sprint is authorized to file three copies of revised tariff sheets reflecting the establishment of two-way, flat-rate EAS.
