LB300198C and AF200016C and these two inspections are not in default and are dismissed from this proceeding; in addition, Inspection Nos. BD200761S, GH300012S and GD300203C are not in default and are dismissed from this proceeding; Exide Technologies motion to dismiss is denied with respect to Inspection Nos.
