RESTRICTIONS: (1) AGAINST the transporta- tion of dry bulk commodities (except fertilizer and agricultural products) in tank or hopper vehicles. (2) AGAINST the transportation of liquid chemicals (except fertilizer and fertilizer ingredients) in tank vehicles from and to points in the Ashtabula and Cleveland Commercial Zones as existing August 20, 1992. (3) Service to and from Huron is RESTRICTED AGAINST the transportation of flour. |
