Arbitration Award ordering that Ameritech's October 15, 1996 motion for a protective order is granted; that the Docketing Division maintain, under seal, the unredacted copy of Ameritech's exceptions to the arbitration panel report filed on October 15, 1996, for 18 months from the date of this award; that TCG and Ameritech incorporate the directives as set forth in this arbitration award within their interconnection agreement; that B&K shall be the com- pensation method for transport and termination of calls for a period of time no greater than 12 months, unless further extended by the Commission; that, within 14 days of this arbitration award, TCG and Ameritech file in this docket their interconnection agreement for review; that any motions not expressly ruled upon in this award are denied; that this docket shall remain open until further order of the Commis- sion.
