Finding & Order that, pursuant to Finding 5, Section 4933.25 Revised Code, and Rule 4901:1-15-04(C)(2)(e), O.A.C., the motions for a hearing in this proceeding are denied; that Consumers' request for waiver of certain exhibit-filing re- quirements of Rules 4901:1-15, O.A.C. shall be granted in part and denied in part, as addressed in Finding 6; that the application in this case is approved, and that its certifi- cate of public convenience and necessity No. 36 is amended to incorporate the proposed expanded service territory which includes portions of Harpersfield, Lenox townships, and por- tions of Austinburg, Morgan and Rome townships, including the Village of Roaming Shores, Ashtabula County, Ohio; that the amended certificate will be issued in accordance with Finding 9; that Commission will pre-grant to Consumers the abandonment of any obligation to continue to provide bulk water service to the Village of Roaming Shores upon the termination of the Water Purchase Agreement.
