Entry ordering that the motion for authority to have Messr. Paul F. Forshay, Gregory K. Lawrence, James M. Bushee, Daivd A. Codevilla, and Daniel J. Oginsky to appear and participate is granted; that the joint hearing begin at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 9, 2000 at the PUCO, that final, written discovery request shall be served no later than April 7, 2000. Service of Discovery request and responses thereto should be by e-mail, facsmile, overnight mail, or hand delivery, that intervention request shall be filed on later than April 18, 2000, that any supplemental prefiled expert testimony provided by AEP shall be filed by April 18, 2000, all intervenor prefiled expert testimony shall be filed by April 28, 2000 at the PUCO, staff testimony by May 5, 2000, that a second prehearing conference be held at 8:00 a.m. on April 28, 2000 at the PUCO.
