Entry ordering that GTE cause publication of the legal notice in accordance with finding (3) it is further ordered that unless the Commission receives a motion to intervene and an accompanying request for oral hearing on or before February 14, 1997, this matter may be decided without a hearing on the basis of the information contained in the application and stipulation it is further ordered that GTE submit the additional information requested in accordance with findings (4) and (5).
