Finding and Order; ordered that the proposed amendment of Rule 4901:1-6-01, O.A.C., as well as the attached proposed rescission and replacement of Rule 4901:1-6-23, O.A.C., be adopted; that AOS and IOS providers should not proceed to file such tariffs revisions as may be necessary in order to bring their tariffs and rates into conformity with the rules being adopted today until they are directed to do so within an entry that the Commission will issue in the future, once the effective date of the new rules becomes certain. |
