(AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to the facilities of Waco Waehouse, Inc. in Troy, Ohio. RESTRICTED (1) Against the transportation of bulk commodities and household goods as defined by Rule 4901:2-19-01(A), OAC: (2) Against cross-hauling; (3) Against service from and to points in the existing or future Troy Commercial Zone except the named facilities; (4) To the transportation of property having an immediate prior or subsequent storage in the facilities of Waco Warehouse, Inc.; and (5) Against the transportation of scrap materials and recycled or recyclable combustible hazardous waste products and by-products. |
