Finding and order approving the application of AEP-Ohio and including the request for deferral and approval of the rate adjustments to become effective upon the in-service date of the Wyoming-Jackson's Ferry line; that the companies shall notify all affected customers via bill insert or bill message no later than 60 days after the effective date of each set of the proposed tariffs; that the motions of OCC, IEU and OPAE be denied; that the motion of OCC to dismiss be denied; that the motion to admit pro hac vice be moot. |
