(2) Paints, stains, varnishes, paint products, paint materials, and plastics from and to points in Pickaway Township, except where otherwise authorized herein. (3) Demineralized and deironized water, in bulk, from and to Harrison Township, except where otherwise authorized herein. (4) Health products and aids used in the care and maintenance of animals and poultry from and to Circleville, Ohio, except where otherwise authorized herein. |
