(SECOND AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property, except bulk commodities, from and to the warehouses of Cavalier Farm Service, Inc. at or near Kenton, Ohio. RESTRICTED: (1) AGAINST the transportation of household goods, office furniture and fixtures. (2) AGAINST cross-hauling. (3) AGAINST service from and to points in the existing or future Kenton Commercial ZOne, exccept the named facilities. (4) To the transportation of property having an immediate prior or subsequent storage in the facilities used by Cavalier Farm Service, Inc. (5) AGAINST the transportation of shipments moving for or on behalf of the accounts of Universal Coop; Rockwell Inter- national; Occidental/Durez; United Resource Recovery (Hancor Corp); and Imperial Bondware. (6) AGAINST the transportation of cash letters, audit and accounting media; commercial papers and banking documents. |
