Supplemental Finding & Order that the ballots filed on October 12, 1999 be accepted; that two-way, flat-rate EAS be instituted between the Woodville exchange and the Toledo, Fremont, Elmore, Genoa, Gibsonburg, Lindsey, and Moline exchanges, on or before May 31, 2000, and that Sprint, GTE, and Ameritech make every effort to provide the service as soon as practicable; that Sprint, GTE, and Ameritech advise the Commission and the spokesperson for the complainants not later than 30 days prior to the in- service date in theevent the date cannot be met; that Sprint, GTE, and Ameritech shall work with the Commission's PIC to coordinate press releases pertaining to the institu- tion of measured-rate and flat-rate EAS between the Wood- ville exchange and the requested exchanges.
