RESTRICTED AGAINST serving points within five (5) miles of Salem and six (6) miles of Alliance; and points in Columbiana, Rogers, Summitville, Salem, and East Liverpool and its Commercial Zone, all as they existed September 30, l985. RESTRICTED to the use of van equipment on shipments originating in Salem, Fairfield, Elk Run, Yellow Creek and Center Townships. RESTRICTED AGAINST the transportation of oil field and gas field equipment and supplies, house trailers, mobile homes and equipment therefor. |
