Entry ordering that Columbia mail legal notice of this application to each of the four customers whose names are in Exhibit B of the application; any interested person who can show good cause why this application should not be granted shall file with the Commission a written statement detailing the reasons by 3/13/91; unless the Commission receives such a written statement objecting to the granting of this application, this case will be decided on the basis of the information contained in the application; if such a written statement is received and shows good cause why this application should not be granted and requests an oral hearing, such hearing shall be held at 10:00 a.m. on March 20, 1991, at the Commission offices.
