Revisied tariff pages FCC No. 2 filed on behalf of Ohio Belll by A. Krekel. Finding & Order that the Attorney General's office is dir- ected to execute the agreement of understanding attached to this finding and order; that the Ohio Telecommunications Advisory Board, 61 days from this date of this finding and order, shall transfer the monies currently held in the Reserve Fund to the Ohio Department of Education according to the provisions of the agreement between the Public Util- ities Commission of Ohio and the Ohio Deparmtne of Educa- tion; that the Ohio Telecommunications Advisory Board shall calculate and accrue additional interest on the Reserve Fund for the period between March 31, 1995 and the date of the transfer of revenues held in the fund; that the Ohio Tele- communications Advisory Board shall refund, including accrued interest, GTE North's overpayment to the Reserve Fund; that the Ohio Telecommunications Advisory Board is authorized to make the necessary payment for its errors and omissions insurance policy per the time period through July 1, 1997.
