Entry ordering that audits for the effective quarters pursuant to Finding (2), shall be filed with the Commission, that a public hearing shall be conducted in these matters consistent with the Findings herein at the times specified in Finding (5), that the notice required in Finding (6) shall be published, that the direct testimony of all parties to these hearings be filed consistent with the Findings of this Entry. |
