ICN #0011 Entry scheduling hearing at 10:00 a.m. on December 22, 1998, at the Commission offices; that any person or entity requesting intervention should do so by December 17, 1998; that the operating companies' motion for a waiver of Rule 4901:5-5-03(B)(1), O.A.C. is denied; that the operating companies' request for a protective order is granted; that the operating companies should immediately file the 10-year forecasts of operating, maintenance, and fuel expense information in redacted and unredacted formats (in the public record and under seal, respectively) with the Docketing Division; that the Docketing Division maintain the unredacted information that will be filed wholly pursuant to these directives, under seal for 18 months from the date of this entry; that, if any future intervenor wishes to obtain the information subject to this protective order, it should enter into a protective agreement with the operating company(ies) to obtain such information.
