Opinion & Order that, to the extent the complainants have requested the establishment of two-way, nonoptional, flat- rate EAS between the East Claridon Exchange and the Bainbridge, Bedford, Berea, Brecksville, Chagrin Falls, Chesterland, Cleveland, Gates Mills, Hillcrest, Indepen- dence, Montrose, Newbury, North Royalton, Olmsted Falls, Russel, Strongsville, Terrace, Trinity, Victory, Wickliffe, and Willoughby exchanges, their request is denied; to the extend that the complainants have requested the establish- ment of two-way, nonoptional, measured-rate EAS between the East Claridon Exchange and the Bainbridge, Bedford, Berea, Brecksville, Chagrin Falls, Independence, Montrose, Newbury, North Royalton, Olmsted Falls, Russell, Strongsville, Terrace, Trinity, Victory, Wickliffe, and Willoughby exchanges, their request is denied; that the complainants have demonstrated a sufficient community of interest to justify further consideration of measured-rate EAS between the East Claridon Exchange and the Chesterland, Cleveland, Gates Mills, and Hillcrest exchanges; that the Commission will make no determination at this time regarding the requested EAS between the East Claridon and Cleveland, Chesterland, Gates Mills, and Hillcrest exchanges pending the receipt of additional cost information; that Western Reserve and Ameritech shall provide to the Commission and the spokesperson for complainants, within 60 days, the requested cost information; that the spokesperson for the complainants file a written statement no later than March 15, 1995 as to whether a further hearing on the cost information is desired.
