Entry ordering applicants shall file supplemental testimony by September 8, 2009 and interested persons shall respond by the applicant's initial and supplemental testimony by October 8, 2009. The applicants may file rebuttal testimony by October 29, 2009; it is further ordered that the AE schedule three public hearings and issue any other necessary procedural rulings. |
