Supplemental Opinion & Order that GTE North shall insti- tute two-way, nonoptional, measured-rate EAS between the Wellington and the Oberlin exchanges, and the date for implementing this service will be established by a sub- sequent Order; that the request for two-way, nonoptional, flat-rate EAS between the Wellington and Elyria exchanges is granted, contingent upon the conducting and filing of a canvass of the Wellington subscribers which shows that a substantial majority is willing to pay the appropriate rates for the service; that GTE North provide a list of all Wellington subscribers to the complainants within 30 days of this Order and that complainants canvass the Wellington subscribers and report the results to the Commission by 8/2/93; that, after complainants have sub- mitted the ballots collected, GTE North should review the ballots and report the results of their review by no later than 30 days after ballots are filed. |
