(AUTHORITY) Transportation of property between points in Ohio. RESTRICTED (1) To an expedited service of not more than eight hours from time of pickup at point of origin to time of delivery at point of destination, provided that when delivery cannot be effected because the facility of consignee in closed, delivery shall be accomplished no later that 10:00 a.m. on the next business day. (2) against the use of tractor-trailor units or armored vehicles. (3) Against the transportation of more than one shipment on one vehicle at one time. (4) Against the transportation of household goods, office furniture and fixtures and commodities in bulk. (5) Against the transportation of shipments weighing more than 5,000 pounds. CONDITION: For purposes of the foregoing service discription, "shipment"is defined as one lot of freight tenderred by one consignor, at one origin, at one time, for delivery to one consignee, a one distination, on one bill of lading. |
