Finding and order stating that OCC's motion to intervene be granted; that AEP-Ohio's motion to supplement its reply comments and request for expedited ruling is granted; that AEP-Ohio shall file a compliance schedule and proposed tariffs consistent with this order, subject to review and approval by the Commission; the proposed tariffs shall be filed with the Commission within seven calendar days after the insurance of this order and that OP include with all subsequent gridSMART Phase 1 update application, summary and detailed expense information as discussed in this order. |
