Entry ordering that the projects for the installation of protective devices be authorized in accordance with Findings (5) and (6); the preliminary engineering and construction costs associated with these installation projects be founded as set further in Finding (7);that the installation projects be completed at these crossings no later than May 21,1999; that the railroad notify the Commission's Railroad Division, Ohio Rail Development Commission and ODOT's District Office of the scheduled date to start construction and activation of warning project. |
