Entry ordering that the Service Transition Plan, jointly submitted by Ameritech and Sprint on October 23, 1997, is hereby approved in its entirety; that Sprint's request for a 45 w.p.m. minimum typing speed requirement, applicable for Ohio TRS CAs during the transition period only, is granted; that the Commission's enforcement of the require- ment that 85 percent of Ohio's TRS traffic must be handled at Sprint's in-state relay center in Dayton shall begin no sooner than April 9, 1998; that Ameritech and Sprint shall each file Ohio TRS call volume reports, for each month of the transition period, in accordance with the directives of Finding 5.
