Finding & Order that the revision to CG&E's gas cost recovery rate contained in the schedules filed November 25, 1997, shall be effective for bills rendered from the date of the Commission's approval of this application through February 28, 1997; that the effect of this re- vision be reviewed by the Commission appointed auditor in the next Gas Cost Recovery audit which covers the effective period of these rates.
