Entry ordering that discovery commence consistent with Finding 3, all responses to interrogatories, requests for production of documents and for admission should be served within 10 days after receipt of written request, last day in which a party may serve a discovery request shall be June 15, 2005. Responses to future motions shall be filed and served within seven days of the date motion was filed in accordance with finding 3. Parties interested in raising any additional issues should do so by May 13, 2005.File written testimony consistent with finding 3 and motions for hearing are denied and suspension of automatic time frames are moot in accordance with finding 6. |
