Entry denying the application for rehearing filed by Ameri- tech; that the applications for rehearing filed by Ms. Minnick, the city, and Ridgefield are granted in part and denied inpart as set forth herein; that GTE develop and file by March 10, 1997, a calling option similar to that contained in the stipulation that would provide the North Eaton subscribers with two-way, nonoptional, measured-rate EAS between the North Eaton exchange, on the one hand, and the Strongsville and North Royalton exchanges, on the other hand; one-way, nonoptional, measured-rate EAS from the North Eaton exchange, on the one hand, and the Victory, Indepen- dence, Brecksville, Montrose, Bedford, Chagrin Falls, Ter- race, Hillcrest, Gates Mills, Wickcliffe, and Willougby exchanges, on the hand; and one-way, optional, flat-rate EAS from the North Eaton exchange, on the one hand, to the involved Ameritech exchanges, on the other hand; that Ridge- field's inquiry regarding the extent to which GTE's plan must mirror Alltel's plan will be held in abeyance and con- sidered when the Commission reviews GTE's filing; that Ameritech institute one-way, nonoptional, measured-rate EAS from the North Royalton and Strongsville exchanges to the Elyria exchange; that this case shall remain open until otherwise ordered by the Commission.
