(AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property, between points solely in Mahoning, Trumbull, Ashtabula, Lake, Geauga, Portage, Summit, Cuyahoga, Lorain, and Medina Counties. RESTRICTED AGAINST: The transportation of dry bulk commodities, in tank or hopper vehicles; petroleum and petroleum products, in bulk, in tank vehicles; commodities usually transported in dump vehicles, from and to the Cleveland Commercial Zone, as it existed January 20, 1988, except where otherwise authorized herein; and property which by reason of size or weight requires special equipment to load or unload, from and to Lake County, Geauga County, and the Cleveland Commercial Zone as it existed January 20, 1988, except where otherwise authorized herein. |
