Entry ordering that the petition to intervene and application for rehearing filed by the state of Ohio be withdrawn; that objections to the transfer of the certificate filed by the Ohio Department of Taxation be withdrawn; that upon performance by the parties with all compliances standard to transfer application, the certificate at isue be permanently transferred from Blair and BCI to Intra Ohio, as set forth in the May 2, 1991 Commission order issued in this case; that upon such permanent transfer, this case be closed. |
