Finding and order ordering that a new regulatory framework for the provision, within Ohio, of competitive local exchange telecommunications services, as set forth in Appendix A to this order be adopted; that ILECs resubmit revised tariffs within 60 days of this order; that ILECs submit for approval the revisions to ORP/SCO; that any telephone company currently offering basic local exchange service who has not yet been certified to do so; that all ILECs and NECs comply with this order and attached guidelines; that the effective date of the guidelines shall be 8/15/96. |
