Ordered that the Attorney General commence preceedings for civil forfeiture pursuant to Sections 4905.54, 4905.56, and 4905.57, Revised Code, for every violation of the Revised Code and the regulations and orders of this Commission committed by Clintonian pursuant to Section 4905.60.
