(SECOND AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property (except commodities in bulk, cash letters, banking documents and records, audit and accounting media, commercial papers and business records), over regular routes, as follows: Somerton, Ohio, via S.R. 800 to its junction with S.R. 183; thence via S.R. 183 to its junction with S.R. 44; thence via S.R. 44 to Auburn Corners, Ohio, and return, serving points on said routes, RESTRICTED AGAINST serving: (1) From and to Dennison, Uhrichsvile, Ravenna, Canton, New Philadelphia, East Canton, Louisville, and their respective Commercial ones as existing on May 4, 1990. (2) Barnesville and five miles thereof. (3) Freeport and five miles thereof. (4) From and to Mill and Rush Townships, Tuscarawas County. (5) Alliance and six miles thereof. (6) Transportation of coal, lumbuer, builder's supplies and farm implements at points in Portage County. (7) Transportation of houses or buildings at points in Geauga County. |
