(AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to Bethel Township, Clark County, Ohio, RESTRICTED AGAINST; (1) Service from and to points and places located on or directly accessible from State Route 235 and 4. (2) Petroleum and petroleum products, in bulk, in tank vehicles. (3) Property requiring transportation in low, heavy-duty trailers. (4) Household goods, office furniture and fixtures. (5) Liquified petroleum gas and liquid fertilizer solutions. (6) Commodities usually transported in dump vehicles, and unloaded by end-dumping. (7) Dry bulkl commodities (except asphalt, cement, coal, slag, gravel, cinders and aggregates when in rock form) which require special sanitation and/or which by reason of their susceptibility to damage and moisture and/or loss in transit, loading or unloading and protecction against the elements, require the use of special equipment. (8) Commodities requiring vehicles equipped with mechanical refrigeration. |
