Entry ordering that, in the event that a future entry establishes a definitive date for issuance of the staff report (and OCC continues to believe it is advantageous to link the timing of its complaint tetimony to the staff report), OCC may file a motion renewing its request at that time; however, OCC should continue to plan as if its testimony will be required to be filed by 11/1/93; this explanation should clarify OCC's current concern with this issue and there is no need to consider OCC's filing as an application for rehearing.
