Entry ordering that the city of Dublin's motion to intervene should be granted in accordance with Finding 3; that Bell- core's motion to dismiss should be granted in accordance with Finding 5; that pursuant to the prehearing conference held on July 17, 1997, Ameritech Ohio is to provide responses to the Commission staff's inquiries by August 1, 1997; the parties must complete all discovery responses by August 8, 1997; the parties must file their respective witness lists, a general statement of the issues to be ad- dressed by each specific witness, and a tentative order of witnesses with the Commission by August 12, 1997; that all local exchange companies presently serving the "614" NPA should comply with the directives provided in Finding 7.
